TARIQ COLLEGE OF EDUCATION

An education that brings about the holistic development of an individual is the “right education or education in the real sense”. Providing such an education was the vision of the founders of Tariq College of Education, Rajouri who with a missionary zeal planted a little sapling which today has grown into a massive tree giving shade and shelter to knowledge seekers from across the country. Over its century-long existence, the college has provided to its students useful and productive knowledge which has contributed to the development of employability skills in them. It has tried its best to ensure for them everything needed for their multidimensional growth. This is supplemented by the regular organization of seminars, workshops and interactive meets which provides the students an exposure to the experts of the field. The time to time the organization of various co-curricular activities brings out the hidden talent of the students. The playground of the institution provides them a platform to prove their skills in sports activities. Above all there is always competent, qualified and experienced faculty to guide and counsel the students in all the curricular and co-curricular affairs. As the principal of this great institution, I assure all stakeholders that the institution will continue to reciprocate the faith shown in it by the students coming to its portals for knowledge.
